MY PRACTICE
My practice is in the centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire and is located in the Queens Garden Business Centre, 31 Ironmarket, ST5 1RP. The therapy room is accessed by stairs.
THERAPY
I am a qualifed Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I offer therapy sessions to adults who wish to work on issues including
Anxiety
- Stress
- Self Esteem
Fears
Phobias
- Fear of Flying
- Stopping Smoking or
You may wish to learn
- Relaxation Techniques
- Self Hypnosis
FIRST SESSION
All prospective clients are offered a Free Initial ½ hr when we can discuss
- Why you are looking for therapy
- What you want to achieve
- What is likely to be most helpful to you
- My method of working
It depends on the individual needs of each client as to which approach to take and how many sessions may be helpful.
Therapy may take the form of
- Counselling
- Hypnotherapy or
- A combination of both
If we decide to work together, you may choose to extend the first session (see Fees) or continue therapy at the second session.
CURRENT FEES
First Session: First ½ hr FREE
Second ½ hr (if you choose to extend) £15
Second Session onwards:
Counselling Session (50 mins) £30
Hypnotherapy Session (60 mins) £36
(Longer sessions are sometimes useful for hypnotherapy.
Longer sessions will be agreed in advance and charged at
£36 per 60 mins or pro rata.)

A Licentiate Member of the Hypnotherapy Association
Registered by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for Hypnotherapy
